FarmAware Mobile

Portable, easy-to-use and ideal for the management of livestock when out in the field. FarmAware Mobile is a complete livestock management application that has been designed specifically for use on Windows CE and Windows Mobile 5/6 devices. With the availability of good quality handheld computers from as little as £189, FarmAware Mobile is an essential and inexpensive tool to have when out on the farm.

The ability to link via bluetooth or using an internal RFID (Electronic Identification) reading card gives FarmAware Mobile an extra boost and enables the farmer to scan EID electronic ear tags to bring up fast retrieval of animal information such as their heredity, weight records, treatment records and disease testing. A handy ready-reckoner when in the field.

The fast-drafting functions of FarmAware mobile allow small to medium enterprises to easily identify animals as they pass through a race, for drafting in up to 3 different directions. Clear, on-screen instruction and audio vocals tell the farmer which pen to pass the sheep to for manual drafting.
